About Taraxis Motor
Taraxis Motor LLP is a Chennai company that designs and builds BLDC drone motors, controllers and mounts for agricultural and industrial drones, and develops them with drone companies.
What we do
We develop propulsion for drones that work every day. Our first models, the X6 and X8 class units and the 2806, 4006 and 4215 motors, are to be launched, and an 80 mm-class motor, the 8020, is in development.

How we work with drone companies
We develop propulsion with drone companies, not only for them.
- Share the brief: airframe, all-up weight, propeller, payload and how long it must fly.
- We propose a unit: an existing model, a modified winding or a new size, with the reasoning behind it.
- Prototype and test together: bench runs in our lab, then flight tests on your airframe.
- Build to volume: the same tests on every unit.
